2. Choose ONE overdue commitment. Complete it, or contact the person affected and agree a realistic new deadline. Changing a deadline privately is not renegotiating it.

3. Introduce yourself below: first name, industry, and one action you will take within 24 hours. Keep details general.

Wednesday Execution and Accountability | 7:00 AM Toronto time | 45 minutes

Workbook review, obstacles, and practical coaching. RATE coaching may be used when relevant to a sales conversation.

First session dates and meeting access will be posted before calls begin.

Use Completed / Renegotiated / Missed. If you missed, own it and name a repair action.
